Position: Sales Associate (Part Time & Full Time)

Job Summary & Mission:

Moonstruck’s Sales Associates are the friendly people that make sure their customers are getting exactly what they want in a way that makes them happy. They provide our customers with a unique shopping experience by utilizing excellent customer service, effective selling techniques and providing in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. We seek enthusiastic individuals who will help us identify and fulfill our customers' needs.

We are looking for individuals who can work 20+ hours a week and have a passion for our products! We offer free coffee and product discounts to all of our associates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school or GED.
• Chocolate & Coffee (Barista) knowledge a plus, but not required.
• Receive and maintain Food safety certified in accordance with local and state guidelines.

• Ability to act with a “customer comes first” attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Exceptional sales skills in a customer-service environment.
• Team player and strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to handle a challenging & multi-tasking environment.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
